While Walking My Dog This Morning

I was out walking the dog before church this morning as I always do. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, the sky was blue and it was beautiful out. A wonderful crisp morning!

I began praying as I always do and suddenly a thought occurred to me. There is a great deal of diversity not only within species but within the bodies of individual species as well. For example, most birds can fly yet a chicken can not. When I think about the weather alone there is GREAT diversity that cannot be explained. There are different types of clouds, different types of weather, different types of atmosperic anomalies and different types of atmospere. The atmospere for example is in layers with each layer having a specific function.

When I look at the animals that inhabit our planet there is GREAT diversity between species as well as great diversity within each specie. For example, snakes use their tongue to gather smells while other reptiles do not. Some animals have noses while others do not. Some animals have ears that they use as dishes to capture sound while others do not. The diversity is astounding.

Just the shear number of different Monkeys, Baboons and Chimps that exist similteanously is astounding. Each one is similiar and yet all are different. Only a very creative, very cleaver, highly skilled, very powerful and very intelligent God could create such a wide variety and diverse specie and yet the godless wonders would like us to believe that it all happened by accident.

When I look at the universe I see great diversity also. Some celestial bodies are called planets while others are not. Some bodies are called stars while others are not. Some bodies have atmosperes while others do not. Some bodies travel in orbits around stars while others roam the galaxy freely. There is a lot of differences.

The godless would like us to believe that all of this diversity came from a single explosion, (i.e. "The Big Bang Theory). The godless would also like us to believe that all of this diversity came from the theory of evolution as well. It sounds preposterous but that's what the godless wonders believe.

So the theory goes, an explosion happens and hola' you have something. I've seen many explosions and have never seen anything created from nothing. More dynamite equals a bigger explosion but still nothing but destruction. Use an atomic weapon and STILL nothing but destruction. Use a Hydrogen bomb and STILL nothing but destruction. Increase the size of the bomb and nothing happens but destruction. Yet they cling to these false beliefs.

I don't have enough faith to construct my own hypothesis. I have to take the Bible and what it says. I cannot even imagine the creation any other way but what the Bible says. In my wildest dreams I cannot fathom all of this diversity being created in any other way but God almighty creating it just as the scriptures say. For me there is no other way, and there is no other explanation.

Good meditation, Will. God is the divine blueness in the sky and that heavenly crispness in the morning. You should not have let the priest and the scientist mess up your blessed meditation with their bullshit. What kind of dog do you have?

First off, absolutely no one messed up my walk. Secondly, no one messed up my faith, my experience nor the promises that God’s word holds for believers. Thirdly, I consider the source, who they serve and why they serve him and I consider myself very blessed that I know the truth. Last but not least, he is a Yorkie, weighs about 16 Lbs. and has been a blessing to me and my family since the day we brought him into our home.

That’s too big for a Yorkie which is a toy dog. Yours is a Yorkshire Terrier. Too times in a row, I had a dog too big for its kind. One time it was a mini pincher that looked more like a mini Doberman. Another time it was a Brussels Griffon that weighed in at 15 pounds instead of 8. Looks like God won’t let either you and me own itsy bitsy dogs meant for liberals.

A Yorkie and a Yorkshire Terrier are one and the same. A Poodle and a Toy Poodle are still a Poodle. My dog is not a toy nor a miniature but he is still referred to as a Yorkie by his Veterinarian.

You brought him into your home? Did you not buy him along with his papers from a breeder?

            April 03, 2017
            1. willsblog

No, I didn’t buy him from a breeder nor a pet store either. Yes, I brought him into my home and yes I love him NOT because of anything other than he’s a dog. He isn’t set up for show, I didn’t register him and wouldn’t show him even if I had to. He is a part of our family, nothing more, nothing less.

You didn’t buy him. No papers means no lineage. So, it could be part mutt and that’s why it is so big. This raises two questions: one political and the other spiritual. Let’s deal with the spiritual first. I am sure your Yorkie is a wonderful member of your family if not the best. The dog is an amazing creature and embodies none of the evil tendencies of humans but it has no soul. This means your Yorkie won’t be able to be with you in Paradise. Does that bother you?

First off, I never said that I didn’t buy him, I said that I didn’t buy him from a breeder nor a pet store. Secondly, I will take the word of his vet over yours any day. Does it bother me? Nope, I never planned to show him regardless. I could have registered him but chose not to, does that bother you? For someone who reads ONLY what human beings print in red, you sure seem to think you know the entire Bible and what God intends for us after life. Are you going to tell God that He cannot let animals into heaven too?

Political correctness is a liberal American value that has caused much division in the country. Democrats don’t want us making any distinction among people living in America and consider all equal be they white or colored, legal or not, man or woman or whatever. We feel the same way also when it comes to our dogs who are all equally acceptable in our world. Could liberals be correct and it is us who are the crazies?

Will, when I was in Sunday school as a kid, I was taught that animals had no souls. I just asked Ronnie Harris at cpministries and his reply is below. I am sorry about your yorkie.
" I also have love for my dog as well as other animals. However, animals do not have souls and therefore can not be saved and neither are they lost to suffer in hell fire. After an animal dies that is the end for an animal unlike humans that do have souls and will have eternal life or eternal damnation depending upon the choices we make in this life."

Ah so your reading of the words in Red didn’t reveal anything about animals, eh? I don’t recall ever referring to animals having souls, being punished in hell or being granted eternal life. Apparently you don’t read well so you “read” my comments like you “read” scripture…

and of course you’ve never studied the book of Revelation either since it’s not printed in Red….

Revelation is not accepted by all Christian denominations. The New Testament comprises books, such as Revelation, that have no direct connection to Jesus and were compiled from various sources long after Jesus died. Mormons accept Revelation. Jesus’ words in Red are related to everyday life and right relationships among people. I don’t have interest in spiritualism. Jesus’ teaching is about real life.

Lol, you THINK that only what humans print in Red are the words of Jesus. You THINK that certain books of the Bible have no connection to Jesus. You THINK that you are right. I will continue to read and trust the word of God, EVERY word of God.

Look. Let’s use some common sense. The Bible didn’t drop down from Heaven. Everything you can hold in your hands, see with your eyes, and read with your mind is man-made. The Bible is a goddam book that came out of a printing machine. You can order in on Alibaba website from Bible printers in Shenzhen, China.

How would you know since you don’t read anything but what men tell you to?

            April 05, 2017
        3. jaageet

Reading stuff is for seeking man-made knowledge. How to do this, how to do that. And that is the way men tell you how to make an ass of yourself. Is there any difference between what you get from reading a book and from listening to what men tell you? Men can either tell you straight out with their damn mouths or through the words they write in a book.

          April 05, 2017
          1. willsblog

“man made knowledge”, says it all. You aren’t seeking God knowledge, you are seeking human knowledge. As I’ve said twice before, lets see what that human knowledge does for you at the judgement seat.

I don’t know what the good Book says with regard to your dog. The general belief of Christians is that animals have no souls. As one old priest said: “God’s love is great and happiness in Heaven is perfect.” He would tell you that if you need your little dog to complete your happiness, you will find your beloved yorkie there.

        April 04, 2017
        1. willsblog

Eh, ok. So we know that you aren’t able to read the Bible for yourself, you believe whatever you are told. We also know from your statement that you aren’t able to read God’s word for yourself but believe whatever humans tell you. Gee, I wonder where this “old priest” will be when you stand before God for judgement?

          April 04, 2017
          1. jaageet

As I told you, I don’t read the whole Bible but only Jesus’ words in Red in the Gospels. I find it helpful to listen to whatever other people tell me about what they think the Bible says. What have you got against about what that “old priest” would say? Priests have a role in people’s life. They comfort the dying. A dog gives us great comfort in life that is hard for most people. Christ died to save us and not animals. Dogs don’t need saving because their place in Heaven is assured, I think. Some dogs can be savage and seem to be driven by the Deadly Sin of Rage. Being a Christian can be tough with so many questions seeking answers.

Oh believe me, I know that you are completely ignorant of the Bible. Every comment you make vividly reminds me of how ignorant you are of scripture. You cannot seem to make up your mind, one minute you claim that there will be NO dogs in heaven then you turn around and claim that their place in heaven is “assured”. Oh ye double minded dolt! While you can follow the “old priest” and the “denomination” as you please, I will continue to follow God and His word. As I said before (which you ignored), I wonder where that “old priest” and your “denomination” will be when you stand before God for judgement?

              April 05, 2017
          2. jaageet

I did not claim anything. I reported to you what cpministries advised me on no dogs in Heaven. I also related what the old priest felt would be awaiting dog lovers in Heaven: the pets they love in this life will be with them in the next. I am with God every moment of my life now and eternally. For me, there will be no Judgment Day. I am judged satisfactory from moment to moment as I live in oneness with God.

            April 05, 2017
            1. willsblog

No, you didn’t claim anything because you are completely ignorant of the scriptures. You would rather believe what you are told than what God says. That is your choice.

What God says. Are you nuts, Will? Voices in one’s head is a sign of insanity.

            1. willsblog

Well I’m sure to an atheist like yourself I may seem that way. They accused Jesus of being “nuts” also and working with the devil so I’m in very good company.
